Email not delivering

From the logs I picked the email address and tested it. Trying to send any email to said address fails with 554 5.7.1 Relay Access Denied meaning mail is rejected. The remote server is not setup correctly.

Also you can use the steps here to debug your email configurations. Remember email debugger (https://SERVER:8090/emailPremium/EmailDebugger) is a paid option but solves most issues.
