Email all green statuses but still undelivered/spam

Hi, I am having email issues with new server. Basically I got all green ticks and only error I get is serial no. mismatch, but that should be fine. Emails still going to google spam, and email tester tool dont recive emails https://www.mail-tester.com/

Hotmail dont get emails at all too. So I am confused because everything looks good in cyberpanel and email tools shows all green. Any Ideas?

switched ipv6 off, do this blacklists matters? should have 0? means my vps ip is blacklisted, whole subnet i guess? will wordpress works ? like woocommerce sends out invoices? ot it will go spam folder? whats my options? new vps new ip ? higear.shop Domain Health (mxtoolbox.com)
