During the fresh installation of cyberpanel 2.3.4, installation stuck due to failed connection timed out to url https://raw.githubusercontent.com then further process stop as attachment

Indian ISP have block some ip of raw.githubusercontent.com
If we change IP of raw.githubusercontent.com in vhost it’s getting work properly
