my website is a smm panel , users give their email address’ and phone numbers to register. how can i scrape/create an email and phone list ?

Well, this question is not specific to CyberPanel. So I don’t think you’ll get any help from here. But anyway, you can export the database of your Smm panel from phpmyadmin and open in excel and manually extract the email list.
