It appears that your container is setup with a custom software which caused the container to be missing many system components, I advise you in this case to backup your data in Recovery mode and Restore the server cleanly or you can try to resolve this issue in Recovery mode, to view your files and filesystem you will need to type the command chroot /mnt.
