DNS Records for Sub-domain or 3rd level domain cannot be fetched

I have added a bunch of websites on my server AlmaLinux release 8.9 (Midnight Oncilla)

For all the domains built that way domain.extension, I could fetch my dns records without any issue from user interface

For all the domains built that way domain.extension1.extension2, I can’t view the dns zone at all but instead I have this error message

Cannot fetch records. Error message:Domains matching query does not exist.

The fix for this would be greatly appreciated

domain.extension1.extension2 these are added as main domain or subdomain?
