Cyberpersons still charging me even If I did Shut down service

Hello, I did tried by any way possible to shut down the service with cyberpanel. The account never showed any service active (I’ve tried to shut down the service when it was still the 7 days guarantee and I found nothing), I couldn’t create a ticket for support. There are no invoices on my account or even a payment method registered right now, but Cyberpersons still charging me on my credit card (two times on just one month!). Please help or I will have to cancel my credit card.
