I have just tried for the first time to use the remote-backup feature and everything worked well - at least I believed that. Meaning: Both backup and restoring went well via CyperPanel’s interface. But when I check the restored public_html folder on the new server a lot of folder are missing of my PrestaShop web site from the server the backup was made of?
Any ideas what could course this behavior and how to fix this? My guess would be something with CyberPanel’s permission to read and backup all folders properly?
