Creating DNS zone for second level domain using cli doesn’t work

Using following command doesn’t work:

cyberpanel createDNSZone --owner tester --domainName test1.dom.com

It returns success message but zone isn’t created.
Deleting that zone using cli works but I can add it only using browser.
