I have created the main domain name, for example vnthongtin.com. Then I want to create a subdomain wp.vnthongtin.com in the same directory as the main domain (public_html). After creation, the subdomain got a 503 error.

Did u checked the dns configurations?
If not please include a Type A record for wp.domain.com with the ip4 value
I have added DNS records for the subdomain. If you create a subdomain with another folder, it’s normal, but with the main domain’s folder, you get error 503.
Can u see it under subdomain list?
Do u have any logs?
I do see the subdomain in the list of subdomains.
