Create incremental backup for all website in one time

Hi,

is any posibility to create incremental backup for all website in one time?
So that you don’t have to click all the pages one by one?

I have Duplicati installed on the server for all the files, and a little script I found on google to back up individual databases to a folder that is also covered by duplicati. The destination is Backblaze b2.

Yes, it backs up /home/* plus sql’s as discussed
I restrict the port of the management interface to our office IP at the firewall.
