Cpu in vps server reached more that 100%

Hey my friends
i have big problem. my cpu in vps server reached more that 100% (attached) although my server specs very good and i recently upgrade vps to (6 vCPU Cores - 16 GB RAM)
i notes that mysql databse cuased this loading in top process (attached)

could some please tell me what can i do for resolve this problem
