Cpanel backup restore

I just created a full directory backup in cpanel, downloaded that then connected to cyberpanel server via sftp using root credentials. (I have latest whm/cpanel)

uploaded backup in folder /home/backup
then run this script through ssh as root user

/usr/local/CyberCP/bin/python /usr/local/CyberCP/plogical/cPanelImporter.py --path /home/backup/

in log file got this error

I have also updated mysql root passwords in both locations

/home/cyberpanel/.my.cnf (This file does not exists by default)
Then restarted maridb, mysql and ls server
