CP 2.3.2 Cant create any DATABASE now

i added domain in cyberpanel OK. centos 7 cool server
i cant create any database now i understand why, now i have 2 worked sites at 130 + 130mb dbs. 3 sites cant work with db :

its not dns records bug ?

LIST of databases works,
form to create new database NOT WORK → Uncaught TypeError: $(…).select2 is not a function

i create DB by display:block this form… black hat

Can you create DB manually on CyberPanel?

I SAID , Form to create DB have display:none;
Can create db only with fix it in firebug browser console. Creation works … By this method only
