Considering Requesting (addons) a Refund, But How?

I hope you’re doing well.

Could someone please help me out? Yesterday, I purchased all the lifetime addons for my CyberPanel, mainly because I needed the email tools. My main goal was to figure out why my emails weren’t being sent—only received. I use Sendblue/Brevo for this, but my emails suddenly stopped being delivered.

Unfortunately, the addons aren’t working, and I can’t reach support. The ticket submission page has been showing a 404 error for at least a day, and when I try to access platform , I keep getting the message:

"Error

Could not connect to server, please refresh this page."

This has also been happening for at least a day.

I’m reaching out here in the community and have also opened a ticket via Freshdesk.

Could anyone assist me with the following?

Why have my emails stopped being delivered? Does anyone else here use Brevo and face similar issues?

How can I contact support and actually use the addons I’ve purchased?
