Cmd is not allowing to enter choice. it's exiting root without allowing to enter choice

run apt/yum update and then try

Try to do these commands
sudo su -
If using ubuntu
apt update
then
apt upgrade
If using centos or almalinux or rockylinux
yum update
Then run the cyberpanel upgrade command.
