CloudLinux 500 Internal Error

I have installed cyberpanel and then cloudlinux. Now trying to login cloudlinux panel and getting 500 Internal Server Error.

I have contacted with cloudlinux they told me like below:

what he told me to do I am not sure.

when entering username and password then 500 error came.

yum reinstall -y lvemanager lve-utils cagefs

then

systemctl restart lvemanager

then give me output of

systemctl status lvemanager or systemctl status lvemanager -l
