i new install cyber panel…
but i have problem about send email… i can’t send email… but can receive email.

what wrong ??

check email log and type it…

and check ur domain through this and give error results to check mxtool.com

i think u have issue with port 25 ,

try telnet ur host and check if port is open

if not , check master.conf and posfix.conf and give details

I have same problem on this, first time let’s assume I make some mistake with reinstalling postfix manually, then I try to clean install my CentOs from the beginning after backup all website database and files, but still no luck with this newly Cyberpanel without touch anything else.

  • it seems port 25 has no problem.
  • check form browser via open port checker online, here the screenshot Screenshot by Lightshot
  • NAT from mikrotik router, IP>Firewall>NAT

    dst-address=103.57.195.132 dst-port=25 log=no log-prefix=“”] and packets size not
    empty on there, its mean port 25 have a responds.
