i have issue logging in to server using https ( This site can’t provide a secure connection)…i can get in with http.
The issue started after i added a cert to a domain i logged out and then could not get access afterwards.
do you mean port 8090 is not accessible?

8090 is accessible but only via http and not https… it was working fine up until i added a cert for a website.

Have you tried the following:
- Disable your server firewall
- Disable your vpn on your client machine
- Clear browser cache
- Verfied if your panel ssl certificate is still valid
