Need your help.
I just installed Cyberpanel on Vultr and after successfully adding my website I created a FTP account. But I am unable to connect to FTP and it says

I previously had this issue when I tried Vultr but then I canceled that account but now the same thing when I now created a new account.
Not sure where is the issue, I am perfectly using the correct hostname, and password. I have checked with many Youtube videos but no lock, so if anyone can help me please …or if anyone is good in server management then I can pay the fee to set this up as well.
Please let me know
