Even if there might be an issue with cyberpanel upgrade, your websites won’t go down unless there’s a problem with litespeed.
Usually these two are not affected simultaneously.
Issues with Cyberpanel can be sorrted out without affecting uptime of websites.

If you want that extra layer of security, you can pay for an hour of support to get it sorted out.

Steps to debug -

  • Restart cyberpanel, the first step.
  • Change cyberpanel PHP version to 74
  • Check error log to view why cyberpanel not starting
  • Check if your provider doesn’t have a firewall blocking ports

The more info you post here, the easier it will be for someone to help you.

Have your checked if your vps provider doesn’t have a firewall in place?
Some providers have their own firewall that you need to manage on their panel, and it’s applied before the connections reach your vps

I have contacted their and they didn’t block any port on my server and the 7080 and 8090 port was opened.

I have successfully access the panel before. It suddenly unable access recently and I haven’t changed anything

The error on your browser is “This Site Can’t Be Reached”

And from the screenshots you uploaded the service lscpd runs on port 8090.

Therefore lets address the first issue:

  1. Clear browser cache
  2. Flush your dns cache on your local machine
  3. Disable your VPN or proxy
  4. Use alternative DNS servers
  5. Disable your local machine anti-virus
