Can't enter cyverpanel after instalation

Help me please,
After I am instalation I can enter to my cyberpanel in http: //54.163.168.103:8090/,
This server has installed CyberPanel.

Can you please show me the result of
systemctl status lscpd

Have you open port from your hosting side and if you have firewall installed on os try disabling it.
