Can't create Reseller Account

Hi Admin !
I have installed followed : http://docs.cyberpanel.net/doku.php?id=installation#installation
When i create a user , No Account type : Resseler in the droplist, (Only Admin & Normal User).
I am wrong something or error in your code ?
