Can't Access Cyberpanel dashboard after upgrade

Hi.
i try to upgrade my cyberpanel today using the official command written in the cyberpanel doc which is the way i used to upgrade my cyberpanel since my first i installation. today after running the command i get this weird message at the end of the output “Seems something wrong with upgrade, please check…” after that my dashboard is inaccessible. when i open ip:8090 i got long error message. the begining of the error message " (1045, “Access denied for user ‘cyberpanel’@‘localhost’ (using password: YES)”)

Your OS? And did you first tried to upgrade from UI as well ?
