Can't access CP at <domainName>:8090 but can at <ipAddress>:8090

Nmap reports that every port is currently open.

I am able to access site at http(s)://domain.

I am able to access CyberPanel at http(s)://ip_address:8090, but cannot access at http(s)://domain_name:8090.

Not sure what other info is needed …
