I am running Ubuntu 20.04.6
I cannot access cyberpanel to get the version info
I cannot upgrade cyberpanel
The websites on the server seems to be working but rolled back to a few months back 
.
How it all started:
All of a sudden when i try to login to cyberpanel via http://ip-address:8090/base i get ‘‘ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT’’ and when i try to update it i get this error after the long update process:

I have been trying to fix the problem with different commands from other cases in this community for hours now all i come up with are errors.
Please Help Me !!!
