Cannot install Mautic

Hello, I think there’s something wrong with my CyberPanel installation.

I’ve been having problems with WordPress sites, and now I’m trying to install Mautic through the CyberPanel installer.

It’s giving me this error:

Yet I’ve re-created the client, set up a different package, etc.

There is no database right now.

I’ve also been having some issues with my WordPress sites, the other thread can be seen here: WordPress issue - #2 by quoviz_dev

Thanks

Hello @gabrielseo Happy you are here

As the error states the database quota limit has been reached. Adjust the website’s package or remove any unnecessary databases for said website.

I set it to unlimited databases, and even tried creating package with everything set to unlimited and assigning it to this website. It is still saying the same thing.

I even tried deleting the website and creating it again inside CyberPanel from the list of websites.

Run the command touch /usr/local/CyberCP/debug for detailed debug logs

  1. retry installing mautic
  2. tail --lines=50 /home/cyberpanel/error-logs.txt

Post the contents of home/cyberpanel/error-logs.txt here

Done, thank you for the steps.

Here is what it outputted:

Kindly redo the steps. I updated the previous post.

Done, here is the output:

Apologies for not posting it in text, I’m using ProxMox and it doesn’t let me copy this stuff to clipboard.

Unfortunately, the logs dont point us to the issue at hand. Try the following steps so that we can isolate the issue from Mautic:

  1. Install Mautic on the website you preferred
  2. If you get any PHP limitations troubleshoot any issues using this guide

Tell me if you have a working copy of Mautic. If you do then its a CyberP only related issue.

Okay will install it manually instead of using the installer inside CyberPanel.

I am worried it’s going to cause issues again and not work.

I’ve been all over, CloudFlare forums, Mautic forums, here…

Pretty convinced it’s CyberPanel since that’s the common denominator, but will have to wait and see. Will update here if there are issues.

Note this - I advice my users not to use PHP8 for anything. It’s not tried and tested in many applications and scenarios. Please stick to PHP7.3-7.4

Noted, thanks. Will do a manual install with PHP 7.4. I was using 8 before, and someone on Mautic forums brought up the PHP 8 thing, so that may be the culprit.
