But got problem
Cannot create website. Error message: Only administrators are allowed to create websites.
Try install on new VPS, same problem.

How did you install CyberPanel? I also see that Select Owner dropdown is not selected.

First-time setup 2 months ago, everything good.
Today, I set up 2 more servers, the same problem.
Owner drop-down (name of user, I blur for privacy)
Also, Im create a ticket with password access to my server too, if you can check it!
It was checking the selected owner (as administrator or normal user) rather than checking for currently logged in user.
If you create a website by selection admin as an owner it should be fine, will fix this minor bug in next update.
You can later modify owner, through modify website page.
How can fix it? or Can I install the old version?
Because I need to setup new server today with stable for use.

For your original issue, there is only a workaround I mentioned above, I am working to release the update soon. However, your current version is also fine.

Folder and files that you create via ssh (logged in as root) cannot be deleted from File Manager, as they are owned by root user. Which is why it is recommended to either use File Manager or FTP (FTP use the same user as File Manager)
Old version does not have this issue. FTP can’t unzip the file.

This is a security feature after you upload/make changes via SSH, click Fix Permissions in a File Manager, and you should be able to do things via File Manager again.
