Help please

Update:
Attempting to access the home directory using my oracle cloud supplied account results in the following error:

Command ‘ls -la --full-time’
failed with return code 2 and the following error message.
ls: cannot open directory ‘.’: Permission denied

Shell output:

ubuntu@ookma-kyi-tech:/home$ ls
ls: cannot open directory ‘.’: Permission denied

Update 2:

I suspect this isn’t a directory. Log into your server via SSH and enter

cd /home
ls -l

You’ll get a list of your websites as well as the username. Each site has its own ftp/system user. I use this username along with an SSH key for my computer to access FTP.

But the easier way is simply to set up an FTP account.

Select the website you want the account for, set a username and pw. Then in your FTP client, just input your server IP, username and PW and select FTP (NOT SFTP). It should log you into the website folder
