Cannot access cyberpanel - ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

hi. right now i am not able to access my cyberpanel previously i am able to do everything.
i change my port and still working then
i install owasp security still working then
i click on modsecurity and it stuck on installing and after click on refresh from that time i am not able to access cyberpanel

i tried to -
systemctl restart lscpd
but not works

but still my ssh mac terminal works.
how can i check log through terminal so share and also see the issue myself

and if you know any troubleshoot step please share.

right now it is showing - ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Run in SSH terminal nano /home/cyberpanel/error-logs.txt and copy all contents and post them here

Run command touch /usr/local/CyberCP/debug, this will generate more logs. Rebbot the server after this and post the contents of /home/cyberpanel/error-logs.txt after it is done restarting and you have visited:

The logs are no good. Let’s start by you upgrading your installtion.

If using a sudo user rather than root, try this:
