As stated. I cannot access cyberpanel after upgrading to licensed version of litespeed. Sites are still up but I have no access to the admin panel. Please help!

your mistake…not read the warning
then you should install new version
then move all website to new server

cyberpanel already put the red text
the warning that you cant revert back
the only one solution

Can you access the panel using the IP address instead of the hostname?
i.e. 123.123.123.123:8090
