Then if we retry to add it become Screenshot by Lightshot even previous action is failed
May you fix it?
Try these commands:
rm -rf /home/domain.com
rm -rf /usr/local/lsws/conf/vhosts/domain.com
And then re-create site from CyberPanel.

This should not happen normally, only when website creation process is interrupted somehow.
