Building wheel for mysqlclient (setup.py) ... error on CentOS 7

When I tried to install Cyberpanel I saw it trying to install epel-release-latest-7.noarch.rpm at: https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/epel-release-latest-7.noarch.rpm

However, that link is dead and the installation continues. Then I get the error:

I tried canceling the installation, then trying to install epel-release via yum install epel-release (version 7-14).

After the installation completed, I tried to run the cyberpanel install script again. But it uninstalled epel-release above and tried to install via the dead link above and the installation error loop started again.

Please fix this error.
