Hi, I took the cybperpanel’s wordpress business hosting package, logged in to panel (https:// germany. cyberpersons…)
And I tried to Create sub/ addon domain – shows me “You need to create a website before creating Sub/Addon domains.”
And when I tried to create a website, it shows me "Error: [“Failed to Create Website: error: You are not authorized to access this resource.. [404]”] "
Now I’m stuck. Created a ticket, the reply says to “create an addon domain” and I showed that system doesn’t allow me.
I use cypberpanel in other vps hosting and I never have a problem like this.
Please let me know who to proceed from here.
