backup to sftp non root user

Hello, i’m new on cyberpanel.
I installed a new server with Cyberpanel (Centos 7) and all works fine.

I would backup my sites on a remote destination but i don’t have a root password.
is a share space with my username e password and i can access with ftp/sftp protocols.
but on documentation

looks like I need to have root permissions…

so i can’t backup my server to remote ftp or sftp without root account (remote)?

I have the same problem, it’s absurd not to be able to make a backup using ftp/ftps…
Can you implement this feature?
