Backup is Broken!

Tried creating a backup for a big site (over 1 GB).

  • With the user’s account: Backup size = 87KB
  • With the admin account: Even better! Backup size = 0KB

Do you use Backup or Incremental Backup?

No, just the simple “Create Backup”. Second option.

My bsckup working fine using google drive backup.

Same, i backup to google drive and its been working fine all these years.
