Authentication failed in snappymail

i change password defult but i when i try to log in this massge appear Authentication failed

ity old password and old but no one work

i try
/usr/local/lscp/cyberpanel/rainloop/data/data/default/admin_password.txt

but i see
No such file or directory

i try
/usr/local/lscp/cyberpanel/rainloop/data/data/default/configs/application.ini

but i see
Permission denied

Permission denied means most likely the user you are logged in at doesn’t have the permission.
Are you able to do:
sudo su -
To change into root account?
