An error during upgrade

I had this error during upgrade verification:
python-urllib3-1.10.2-5.el7.noarch was supposed to be removed but is not!

I was supposed to upgrade to 1.9.1 from 1.8.1 but that didn’t change in panel version tab.

I re-runned upgrade and it worked as expected.

sudo yum update command still reports:
