After convert Domain to Website. Error Found

page goes to 404.html

DNS record Empty (website)
happen to subdomain

DNS at primary domain still have in A mx spf etc from subdomain
but subdomain (domain) that i convert to website … have empty record

@josephgodwinke I am trying to setup separate email server using cyberpanel, but my domain is a 3rd level domain or sub domain like site.tld.tld for eg. site.co.in, but whenever I try to add the domain no DNS records were getting created for it. DNS is getting created only for site.tld domains.

Do you have the lastest copy of cyberpanel ?

If this is a new installation just use AlmaLinux 8.3 - 8.4 or Ubuntu 20.04
