Access error with www for subdomain

I Cant access my website with www
example my domain is example.com , in cloudflare cnamw record for www exits and can work normaly with www
but for subdomain , www.sub.example.com cannot access because ssl error DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
what i am missing ?

  1. Flush DNS cache
  2. Clare browser cache
