about php settings

I have an VPS 2CPU and 2GBRAM and only one web site (opencart) in the server. However when visitors are on the website there are errors about php memory which is not enough. I off course change it from cyberpanel, actually I did it 4096M but there is no change in real I think. The error log is below

any help?

Please check phpinfo to verify the actual PHP Memory setting.

Check which version your site is using or check all versions and raise them.

Ubuntu
sudo grep -Eir ‘memory_limit’ /usr/local/lsws/lsphp*/etc/php/*/litespeed/php.ini

root@ubuntu:/usr/local/lsws/lsphp70/etc/php/7.0/litespeed# sudo grep -Eir ‘memory_limit’ /usr/local/lsws/lsphp*/etc/php/*/litespeed/php.ini
/usr/local/lsws/lsphp70/etc/php/7.0/litespeed/php.ini:memory_limit = 128M
/usr/local/lsws/lsphp71/etc/php/7.1/litespeed/php.ini:memory_limit = 128M
/usr/local/lsws/lsphp72/etc/php/7.2/litespeed/php.ini:memory_limit = 128M
/usr/local/lsws/lsphp73/etc/php/7.3/litespeed/php.ini:memory_limit = 128M
root@ubuntu:/usr/local/lsws/lsphp70/etc/php/7.0/litespeed#

Centos
sudo grep -Eir ‘memory_limit’ /usr/local/lsws/lsphp*/etc/php.ini

[root@work-rdp ~]#sudo grep -Eir ‘memory_limit’ /usr/local/lsws/lsphp*/etc/php.ini
/usr/local/lsws/lsphp53/etc/php.ini:memory_limit = 128M
/usr/local/lsws/lsphp54/etc/php.ini:memory_limit = 128M
/usr/local/lsws/lsphp55/etc/php.ini:memory_limit = 128M
/usr/local/lsws/lsphp56/etc/php.ini:memory_limit = 128M
/usr/local/lsws/lsphp70/etc/php.ini:memory_limit = 128M
/usr/local/lsws/lsphp71/etc/php.ini:memory_limit = 128M
/usr/local/lsws/lsphp72/etc/php.ini:memory_limit = 128M
/usr/local/lsws/lsphp73/etc/php.ini:memory_limit = 128M
[root@work-rdp ~]#

Then can raise it via the WebGUI for each version. Might need to adjust the paths based on your php.ini location.

Or via sed for the applicable version
sed -i ‘s/^memory_limit./memory_limit = 1024M/g’ /usr/local/lsws/lsphp53/etc/php.ini
sed -i 's/^memory_limit.
/memory_limit = 1024M/g’ /usr/local/lsws/lsphp54/etc/php.ini
sed -i ‘s/^memory_limit./memory_limit = 1024M/g’ /usr/local/lsws/lsphp55/etc/php.ini
sed -i 's/^memory_limit.
/memory_limit = 1024M/g’ /usr/local/lsws/lsphp56/etc/php.ini
sed -i ‘s/^memory_limit./memory_limit = 1024M/g’ /usr/local/lsws/lsphp70/etc/php.ini
sed -i 's/^memory_limit.
/memory_limit = 1024M/g’ /usr/local/lsws/lsphp71/etc/php.ini
sed -i ‘s/^memory_limit./memory_limit = 1024M/g’ /usr/local/lsws/lsphp72/etc/php.ini
sed -i 's/^memory_limit.
/memory_limit = 1024M/g’ /usr/local/lsws/lsphp73/etc/php.ini

Then restart lsws
service lsws restart

check site again.
