500 Internal Error after upgrading cyberpanel

I got this error after upgrading cyberpanel

The websites and websites admin works fine, but can’t access cyberpanel admin

This is the thing about Cyberpanel - the support when things go wrong is lacking.
I have posts that have just gone unanswered…

Same thing happened to me regarding the 500 internal error, so must be common. What I did was to follow the post here and enter the appropriate command via CLI:

This ensured I was up to latest stable version (2.3.6). I hope this works for you too.

We are here to help, kindly show what happened during the upgrade, kindly show us the logs.

This is ingratitude and dishonesty on your part.

The panel is open-source and one of the best, and I’m including here in this medium even the paid ones.

And as you yourself posted, here in the community there is a publication to solve absolutely any problem along the way.

Now on your part, wanting to demand targeted support, without a paid plan on cyberpersons, is too much to ask! Not to mention, that those responsible like the @usmannasir above, always try to respond when they can.

But we know that it’s almost impossible to respond to everyone here in the community, especially since there are hundreds of new posts every day. And most of them already have a solution, JUST SEARCH HERE.

The problem is that most want everything ready and immediate, and they use an open-source panel.

In addition, the members of this community themselves help when they can, as you yourself did when sharing the mentioned solution. At this point, congratulations for your attitude and attempt to help.

I suggest that you just change your view of FREE support and understand that you can’t answer everyone, there’s always one or two along the way.

My point of view!

Ingratitude and dishonesty is a bit harsh, but thanks for the input - appreciated :slightly_smiling_face:

I’m sorry if I offended you in any way, it wasn’t the intention. I did not refer at any time to you or impute that you are like that in your life, but only in relation to your opinion in relation to Cyberpanel and its developers and everyone involved in the project.

Ingratitude; to the entire team and people involved in the development, indirectly or directly.

Dishonesty; with his statement that there is no support, because we do have support and a whole community ready to help.

Again, I don’t refer to anything directly to your person or your principles, the whole placement here was based only on your post and nothing personal.

Hi Joabe, of course I’m not offended. Thanks for the clarification :+1:
