How install laravel script in cyberpanel public folder

We have purchased the Premium URL Shortener - Link Shortener, Bio Pages & QR Codes

this script is based on Laravel and needs to have the folder name public, not public_html

Is it possible to install it on cyberpanel?

Yes:
Put all your files in the public_html folder and edit your docRoot in your vhost config to:

docRoot $VH_ROOT/public_html/public
