Remote Backup - Cyberpanel to Cyberpanel - transfers but dont not configure wordpress

Using the latest commit on 2 servers both running ubuntu 22.04
the server connected via: :8090/backup/remoteBackups
the transfer completed with no errors
The transfer success message arrives:
[05.04.2023_18-24-10] Backup Restore complete
completed[success]

then when I go to load the page, it shows the wordpress installation screen.

This is the same for backup restore locally

what is the fix?

The database is created but there is nothing in it - it did not restore

Upload database manually.

manually - yeah whats the point of that.
thanks but that is not a solution.
the process is broken.
restore is restore, not restore plus manual work

anyone at cyberpanel aware of this?
