404 error in a multi-store prestashop

Hello dear friends,
I have issue with multistore mode on prestashop. it works with apache but 404 with openlitespeed.
main domain is civilkala.com and multistore page is “civilkala.com/seller”. “civilkala.com/seller” works fine but other URLS under “civilkala.com/seller” dosen’t work.
(for example this page: ‘www.civilkala.com/seller/brand/12_’)

“www.civilkala.com/seller/brand/12_” must be equal to “www.civilkala.com/brand/12_”
