403 forbidden error when downloading my backup file

Hi,

I am having issues downloading the backup file of my website from the file manager on Cyberpanel, showing 403 Forbidden. I have tried connecting to FTP via filezilla and it says “cannot transfer file”.

Does anyone know how to resolve this? I am trying to move the backup file to another website/domain name as someone took over my earlier web domain name as the domain renewal was not done in time.

Appreciate if someone can advise.

The backup should be under the /home/site/backup directory change the permission of that backup file and then download it by default you don’t have permission to change to 777 and download after doing downing click at fix permissions or change the permission back
