I do not understand your question but if iguessed it you cannot access phpmyadmin through the autologin feature provided by CyberPanel.

You can reset the root mysql password Some Dont's After Installing CyberPanel!

If you messed with your phpmyadmin installation run an upgrade to restore phpmyadmin
