I want to move all data on my VPS to another VPS but I can’t access or use CLI.
How can I do that?

Cyberpanel error can't access. CLI didn't work

You cannot use CyberPanel CLI to migrate your VPS data.
The correct way to go about this is 3 - Remote Transfer
