Is there a way to manually refresh or recalculate disk usage for a website?
Some background:
I have a website that exceeded the disk usage for its package (showing 100% for disk usage). I changed the package so that it no longer exceeds the storage limit and enforcing disk limits, but it is still showing 100% disk usage. I am unable to load the website—it keeps timing out. I’m assuming the 100% disk usage is the cause, although I’m not sure. I read that the disk usage is recalculated once per day, but the website has been down for a while now and I’m wondering if there’s some way to do it manually so we don’t need to wait up to 24 hours.
