ClosedFresh Install - no php

I just did a fresh install, with no errors.

After setting up my first domain, I don’t have php access.

php 8.1 is set, but it doesn’t execute any php files including php info and am getting the following error:

2022-04-20 22:06:06.591307 [ERROR] [329341] [45.148.XXX.XXX:52186-Q:38DA8B-0] MIME type [application/x-httpd-php] for suffix '.php' does not allow serving as static file, access denied!

any troubleshooting tips?

I just reinstalled a couple of hours ago; there isnt even a php 8.1 handler configured in the OLS/LS panel.

Why is php 5/5.3/5.4/5.5/5.6 even an option; security updates for all them stopped years ago.
